Information we process

MilkFlow processes account and business contact details, tenant configuration, operational milk-shop records, security logs, and information submitted through the contact form.

How information is used

Information is used to provision and operate tenant workspaces, protect the service, provide support, maintain audit history, and improve reliability. Tenant operational data is not used to create a parallel accounting system.

Isolation and retention

Tenant operational records are scoped to their authorized workspace. Suspension preserves records. Retention and deletion processes may be refined as commercial and regulatory requirements are finalized.
